To enter without a purchase, fill out the entry form ( New Clint Form) at https://www.ccsoft.net/secure/leancard/eaccount.asp?key_value=NEW   The  winner must have an approved order on LeanCard.com or No Purchase Necessary (NPN) entry. The winner is randomly selected from order numbers/NPN entries ( the client ID will be only used for client who enter his information on this month with (NPN) ) at Dec 31st 11:59 pm CST.
