LEANCARD.COM started in 1998 with the idea that you don't really need the physical piece of plastic or paper - the phone card itself - to be able to use it. Since all you really need is the access phone number and your PIN to make your calls - we can sell phone cards over the web or by the phone.

We don't make phone cards, we just find the best on the market and sell them. We keep our costs very low, spend little on advertising and keep our focus on what we can do best. You can try to search all over the web, you will be hard pressed to find cards with better rates that you can get on-line in a few seconds after you placed the order.

All processing is done in real time, orders are filled as soon as your credit card is approved and e-mailed to you. You maintain your account information on-line and can change it at any moment. You can review your order history and re-send yourself your PIN numbers if you lost them.

Unfortunately, since we don't make the phone cards we sell, we can't control neither rates nor service that is offered by the phone card issuer. We constantly monitor both rates and service and publish the rates as soon as we know them. If we hear a lot of complains about the quality of service a given phone card provides, we discontinue it's use. We cannot give you the credit for time used on the phone card, you have to call the customer service number provided on each card's page. If you get an outright lemon, we well replace it at our cost. If the phone card issuer goes out of business we will replace the phone card and bear the loss, not you. (Not that we are very happy about it!)
